Candidate must have 3-5 yrs. of experience in Litigation/Insurance Defense. Candidate must be proficient in handling a busy switchboard, opening new files, performing conflict checks, as back-up to our Receptionist and, working with a Sr. Legal Assistant, scheduling telephone conferences, office conferences, depositions, mediations, profiling and filing, where necessary.

Candidate must be proficient with Outlook and Microsoft Word (Office). Candidates that do not possess the above experience will not be considered, for the interview process. (Posted 03/09/17)
